Mt. Pinatubo Reopening Climb!

We are pleased to announce that Mt. Pinatubo is now open for trekking once again, after 3 months of closure. Although the Municipality of Capas has increased their fees for visitors, they have also improved the trail and the Skyway 4x4 route is once again passable after months of rains and storms.

In celebration of this reopening, A Mt. Pinatubo Reopening Climb will be held on December 12, 2009. The package costs P2,200/person inclusive of roundtrip transportation Manila-Capas-Manila, 4x4 ride using the Skyway trail (whenever available), guides, entrance fee, and mineral water. ITINERARY
The itinerary is flexible, but this may serve as a guide:

0200am Assembly in Manila (exact place may be arranged)
0230am Departure from Manila to Capas, Tarlac via NLEX
0330am Stopover at NLEX after Malolos Exit (You may also eat breakfast here or buy your packed lunch for the trek)
0530am ETA jumpoff point
00600am Board 4x4 vehicles; adventure begins!
0700am Start trekking
0730am Estimated Time Arrival at the crater of Mt. Pinatubo. Swim/explore the crater
1000am Head back by foot then by 4x4 to jumpoff
1200pm Lunch
0200pm ETD to Manila.
0530pm ETA Manila

SPECIAL CONCERNS
(1) A 50% reservation fee/deposit would be requested prior to the tour. Feel free to email us if you have any special concerns or questions regarding the Mt. Pinatubo tour.

(2) Food/meals NOT included in the package. However, if you wish to, you may avail of the lunch buffet at Pinatubo Spa Town for an additional P400/person. We can also include a massage at the Spa Town in the itinerary (P500/hour)

(3) The package above assumes that you are coming from Manila. However, we can also arrange to fetch you from Clark Airport, Angeles City, and Tarlac City.
